The Acute Psychosis Ward is for the treatment of patients in the acute phase of schizophrenia in terms of thoughts, emotions, perceptions, behaviors and personality, and patients with mood disorders such as bipolar disorder and depression.

Multidisciplinary evaluation and specialized treatments are provided for relief of psychotic symptoms in acute phase, and the rehabilitation programs and education are offered by the ward to improve patients’ awareness about their illness. Also, a continuous management for recovery and prevention of recurrence are provided to promote early return of patients to society.
